Clicked Bifunctional Dendrimeric and Cyclopeptidic Addressable Redox Scaffolds for the Functionalization of Carbon Nanotubes with Redox Molecules and Enzymes

چکیده

Carbon nanotube electrodes were modified with ferrocene and laccase using two different click reactions strategies taking advantage of bifunctional dendrimers cyclopeptides. Using diazonium functionalization the efficiency oxime ligation, combination both multiwalled carbon surfaces or cyclopeptides allows access to a high surface coverage in order 50 nmol cm–2, 50-fold increase compared classic reaction without ligation these highly branched macromolecules. Furthermore, this original immobilization strategy mono- bi-functionalized active multicopper enzymes, laccases, via copper(I)-catalyzed azide–alkyne cycloaddition. Electrochemical studies underline oxime-ligated for redox entities on while being detrimental electron tunneling enzyme sites despite controlled orientation.
